Operation Burn Bank was an operation which resulted in a trial of twelve defendants lasting nine weeks at Liverpool Crown Court in respect of the conspiracy to import drugs from Colombia.

Three defendants were acquitted.

At the end of the Prosecution case, the charges against one of our defendants was dismissed by order of the Judge and at the end of the trial our second defendant was acquitted. Those convicted received sentences totalling in excess of 80 years.
